Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of payment, provided onboarding for the program has not yet started.

2. After Onboarding Begins

Once onboarding has started (live sessions attended, mentor assigned, or program materials accessed), fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email awlmeta.info@gmail.com with your Intern ID and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellations by AWL Metaverse Pvt. Ltd.

If AWL Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. cancels a program before it begins, all enrolled applicants receive a full refund automatically.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for failure to attend sessions, violation of program conduct policies, or requests made after the program has concluded.
