C++ Beginner
Course · Programming · 8 Weeks
A free reading course that takes you from your first C++ program to classes, the Standard Library, files and a complete final project. Every chapter has clear explanations, worked examples that compile and run, common mistakes to avoid and practice exercises, with a practice assignment for each chapter and an answer key. No experience needed: you read at your own pace, type the examples yourself and practise as you go.
Program fee: ₹0 (excl. GST). Certificate on completion, tied to a verifiable Intern ID.
Learning Roadmap
- Weeks 1-2: The basics: Install a compiler, write and compile your first programs, and learn variables, data types, input and output, operators and type conversion.
- Weeks 3-4: Control and functions: Make decisions with if and switch, repeat work with loops, and organise programs into functions.
- Weeks 5-6: Data and memory: Store collections in arrays and vectors, work with strings, and understand references and pointers safely.
- Weeks 7-8: Real programs: Build classes, use inheritance and polymorphism, the Standard Library, files and error handling, and finish with a student marks manager.
